This 1989 Jaguar XJS convertible is finished in Glacier White over blue leather, and power comes from a 5.3-liter V12 paired with a three-speed automatic transmission. Equipment includes a power-operated blue soft top, a rear spoiler, front fog lights, heated and power-adjustable seats, cruise control, and a cassette stereo. The car was first registered in New Jersey, later spent time in Florida, and remained with its original owner until it was acquired by the selling dealer in December 2020. This XJS now shows 42k miles and is offered with manufacturer’s literature, service records dating back to the 1990s, a clean Carfax report, and a clean New Jersey title.

The exterior is finished in Glacier White (NDP) and features a power-operated blue soft top, fog lights, rubber-capped bumpers, and a rear spoiler. A new pump for the convertible top hydraulics was installed in 2018.

Basketweave 15″ wheels are wrapped in older Goodyear Eagle NCT60 tires, and a matching spare is stored in the trunk under a leather cover. The car is shown above with the stowed soft top covered by its included boot. The rear brake pads, rotors, and left rear caliper were replaced in 2017 at 42k miles.

The interior features heated and power-adjustable seats trimmed in blue leather, which extends to the center console and door panels. Appointments include automatic climate control, a trip computer, cruise control, and a cassette stereo. The burl wood trim on the center console has been replaced, and a built-in radar detector is mounted on the steering column.

Instrumentation includes a 160-mph speedometer, a tachometer with a 6,500-rpm redline, and a bank of drum-style secondary gauges. The six-digit odometer shows approximately 42k miles.

The 5.3-liter V12 was factory rated for the US market at 262 horsepower, which is sent to the rear wheels through a three-speed automatic transmission. New radiator hoses were installed in August 2019, and an oil service was reportedly last performed the same year.

Factory books and manuals are included in the sale, along with service records dating back to the 1990s.
