This 1988 Jaguar XJS is a modified vehicle with updates to the drivetrain. The owner has had it for 5+ years. The vehicle runs great and is mainly used for weekend drives. Well looked after 88’ Jaguar XJS V-12 that has been converted to a 5 speed manual. The conversion was done with a combination of original Jaguar parts, new cast aluminum bell housing, Ford T5 trans, and an aluminum Fidanza flywheel. The AC blows cold with a new compressor and lines, the steering rack bushings were changed and upgraded (common XJS failure), new brakes on all four corners, Mallory ignition box for stronger spark, new idle air valve(quite expensive part), spark plugs and wires have been replaced, distributor rebuilt, and much more. The body is very clean, but could use some paint work on the roof and trunk due to the Florida sun. The interior is very nice with the original grey leather and a period correct Nardi wood steering wheel with oem horn button.
