For Sale September 20, 2012 on eBay UK. Asking UKL 5,595 with 76,000 miles.

Jaguar XJ-SC, 3.6 Auto, Cabriolet, 1987 E Reg. A lovely example with a full Jaguar service history. There are many photo's so you can get a very good idea of this car and it's condition. I have owned this vehicle for the past 5 years. I purchased it in 2007 and in that time it has been in my garage and looked after. I have only done probably a few hundred miles since I have owned it. The car has never been out in bad weather, I purchased the vehicle from a local gentleman who prior to me owned the vehicle for 9 years and he looked after and cared for the car regardless of any cost having all service work done by Jaguar main dealers. The 3.6 is more fuel friendly and being the Cabriolet has now become more of a rare car that you don't see often. I bought the car simply as a investment hence why I have not used it much. Let's just get the first question of any doubters why am I selling it? The genuine answer to that is, I will be relocating in the very near future to a shop premises with living quarters above in a busy main town, unfortunately with no garage and I do not wish to pay extra cost for a rented one. Now this is not a concours car grade A. I would say B+ and a very thorough car with all original documentation from new including all MOT's from new shown below in photo's. It is rock solid and has been wax oil treated with certificate of proof provided. It has just had new MOT, 12 months and there was no advisory. I took some photo's of the underneath when the car was on the ramp at the MOT station, the tester commented how lovely the car was. All the chrome is original although a little blemished now but still good I think. One section will need to be replaced.

Spam prevention question (must be answered):
The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
