1 owner since 1990 until 2005 when I acquired it from the 92 year old lady who bought it new in Oregon. Unrestored immaculate condition. Optional wood steering wheel, wood shift know, Original purchase documents, original MSRP sticker. Service records. All original keys.

Fully serviced. New front shocks, new sway bar bushings, AC converted to modern 134 instead of R12.New AC compressor. New fuel filter, new fuel pump. New oils pressure sensor. New air filters and much more. The V12 Runs and drives beautifully. Very quiet and smooth as glass.

This 1990 Jaguar XJ-S V12 convertible was initially delivered to Mark Jaguar in Denver, Colorado, and remained under the care of its original owner until the seller’s purchase in 2025. Showing 30k miles, the car is powered by a 5.3-liter V12 paired with a three-speed automatic transmission and is finished in Signal Red over Barley leather. Features include a limited-slip differential, a black soft top, chrome-finished 15″ cross-spoke wheels, heated power-adjustable seats, a cassette stereo, cruise control, and automatic climate control. Work completed under current ownership has included replacing the tires, front shocks, sway bar bushings, fuel pump, fuel filter, drive belts, and air conditioning compressor. This XJ-S V12 convertible is offered in Arizona at no reserve with a window sticker, manufacturer’s literature, a clean Carfax report, and a clean Oregon title in the seller’s name.

The car is finished in Signal Red and features a black soft top, quad headlights, front fog lights, chrome mirror caps, a power antenna, and dual exhaust outlets. Close-up photographs of the exterior finish and trim are shown in the gallery below.

The chrome-finished 15″ cross-spoke wheels are fitted with Hankook whitewall tires that were mounted under current ownership. Braking is provided by four-wheel anti-lock discs. The front shocks and sway bar bushings were replaced in 2025.

The cabin features heated power-adjustable seats upholstered in Barley leather along with burl wood veneer accents on the shift knob, dashboard, center console, and door panels. Interior equipment includes a cassette stereo, a driver-side airbag, cruise control, and automatic climate control.

The wood- and leather-trimmed steering wheel frames a 160-mph speedometer and a tachometer with a 6,500-rpm redline as well as gauges for coolant temperature, oil pressure, voltage, and fuel level. The six-digit odometer shows 30k miles, approximately 300 of which were added under current ownership.

The 5.3-liter V12 was factory rated at 262 horsepower and 290 lb-ft of torque. In 2025, the drive eblts, fuel pump, fuel filter, oil pressure sender, and air conditioning compressor were reportedly replaced.

Power is routed to the rear wheels via a three-speed automatic transmission and a limited-slip differential.

The window sticker lists initial delivery to Mark Jaguar in Denver, Colorado, as well as factory colors, equipment, and a total amount of $57,905.
