Ebay item 6/16/20www.ebay.com/itm/1991-Jaguar-XJS/193519859556
Opening bid $1,300 reserve not met 0 bids 6 days left in auction, seller chopp-5094, 82k miles.
Seller's description:
Jaguar XJS. I have had the car a little over 3 1/2 years and put just a few miles on it to keep it from having clogged injectors. I bought it from a co-worker and then lost interest. I'll be honest and tell you what it needs as far as I can tell. The top needs sewn or replaced. A new door seal is needed on the drivers side. . The windshield has a crack a few inches long. The drivers seat is worn, but not worn out. The veneer, one section, is peeling The passenger window in the rear won't go down when the top goes down. It could use carpets in the front. It has an exhaust leak where it goes to the dual mufflers. It has some scratches and dings. The body doesn't look bad at all, and it runs good. A test drive can be had if you want to come and see it in the Cleveland Ohio area. Rust isn't an issue at all, as the doors, trunk, as far as I could see, underneath doesn't show much rust at all. The previous owner, a doctor, never drove it in the winter, and he had it for quite a few years. As far as I know, he got it from Oklahoma. The passenger side mirror is present but needs work. The a/c might need a can of r134. In the back the rubber on the bumper is gouged and one muffler tip is broken. There may be some other issues but I can't remember. The car seems to run well, the tranny shifts good, and it really isn't a bad looking car. A visual inspection is ENCOURAGED.
