This 1990 Jaguar XJ-S Classic Collection convertible has remained registered in California from new through the current owner’s purchase in 2004. Powered by a 5.3-liter V12 paired with a three-speed automatic transmission, the car is finished in Oyster Metallic over Doeskin leather upholstery. Silver-finished 15″ cross-spoke alloy wheels are mounted with Yokohama Avid ST tires. Braking is provided by four-wheel anti-lock discs. The steering rack bushings were replaced in 2020.

The cabin features heated power-adjustable seats upholstered in Doeskin leather along with burl wood veneer accents on the dashboard, center console, and door panels. Interior features include a Sony stereo, a driver-side airbag, cruise control, and automatic climate control.

The instrument cluster was repaired in 2025 following an inoperative tachometer and speedometer.

The 5.3-liter V12 was factory rated at 262 horsepower and 290 lb-ft of torque. The spark plugs were replaced in 2019, the fuel sending unit was replaced in 2020, and the hood struts and radiator hoses were replaced in 2025.

Power is sent to the rear wheels through a three-speed automatic transmission and a limited-slip differential.
