This 1991 Jaguar XJ-S Classic Collection convertible shows 29k miles, and it has spent about 12 years in storage. Recommissioning work this year has included an oil change, servicing the air conditioning system, and replacing the tires. The car is finished in Oyster over beige leather and is powered by a 5.3-liter V12 paired with a three-speed automatic transmission. Equipment includes fog lights, a power-retractable brown soft top, 15″ basketweave alloy wheels, heated sport seats, a cassette stereo, cruise control, power windows, and automatic climate control. This XJ-S convertible is now offered by the selling dealer with the owner’s manual, a clean Carfax report, and a clean California title.
The car is finished in Oyster and features a power-retractable brown soft top as well as quad headlights, fog lights, a Jaguar leaper hood ornament, dual exhaust outlets, Special Edition badging, and a telescoping antenna.
The 15″ basketweave alloy wheels are mounted with Hankook Kinergy ST tires, which were fitted in April 2025. Stopping power is provided by power-assisted four-wheel disc brakes.
The heated sport seats feature power lumbar adjustments and are upholstered in beige leather. Interior amenities include a cassette stereo, automatic climate control, and cruise control. The air conditioning compressor was replaced and the system was recharged in April 2025, at which time the rear window motors were replaced and the window regulators were repaired. A musty smell is noted by the selling dealer, and the headliner shows wear and staining.
The four-spoke wood-rimmed steering wheel frames a 160-mph speedometer and a 7k-rpm tachometer as well as gauges for coolant temperature, oil pressure, voltage, and fuel level. The six-digit odometer shows 29k miles.
The 5.3-liter V12 was factory rated at 263 horsepower and 288 lb-ft of torque. The battery was replaced in January 2025, and the oil was changed in April 2025.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a three-speed automatic transmission.
