Ebay item 5/21/18
www.ebay.com/itm/1995-Jaguar-XJS-Coupe/123143649266
Starting bid $6,000 reserve not met no bids, 5 days left in auction seller richmond175, 102k miles.
Sellers description:
Beautiful 1995 Jaguar XJS Coupe with only 102K miles. The rare blue and cream color combination shows well on this car and it gets plenty of looks. The car is clean and straight as the pictures show as well as all power options in working order including the clock, cruise control, and power antenna. The engine runs perfectly with no leaks and the transmission shifts smoothly through all gears. At 75 mph the Jag is quiet with no wind or tire noise. It has newer BF Goodrich tires with less than 5K miles on them as well as new weather stripping that helps keep the car quiet and leak free. Also on the Jaguar are the factory chrome wheels which set this particular color combination ahead of the rest.
The paint shows a deep blue with only minor blemishes including a scratch on the right front bumper and a quarter size touch up on the driver's side door. The interior is in excellent condition with the typical driver's seat showing wear. The headliner, dash, and door trim panels are all in beautiful condition. The ski slope console only shows one minor split that is only evident at close inspection.
I have owned the car for over two years and have taken it on trips over 700 miles with no issues and over 25 mpg. When I purchased the car I had the a/c fixed and it continues to blow ice cold - that receipt, as well as additional receipts, are included showing new tires, brakes and weather strips in 2016.
I am selling the vehicle only because I have completed restoration on another project and need the space. I have put a reserve that is fair for the car in its condition and mileage. The coupes are becoming less available and one in this condition with this color combo is truly a hard find. The car stored in a climate controlled garage and I encourage all bidders to come see and drive the car in person - you will not be disappointed.
