This 1994 Jaguar XJS 2+2 convertible is powered by a 4.0-liter inline-six paired with a five-speed manual transmission and is finished in black over Warm Charcoal leather. Equipment includes a limited-slip differential, a power-retractable black soft top, 16″ five-spoke wheels, heated power-adjustable front sport seats, a six-disc CD changer, and cruise control. The car was first registered in Pennsylvania before being exported to Canada in 2008 where the seller purchased it in 2016, and they have since added approximately 19k of the 51k miles shown. This XJS convertible is now offered in Canada with a May 2018 Jaguar Heritage Trust Certificate, Concours d’Elegance score sheets, a tool kit, an accident-free US Carfax report, and Alberta registration in the seller’s name.

The car is finished in black and features a power-retractable black soft top as well as a Jaguar growler hood emblem, a black top boot, dual exhaust outlets, a telescoping antenna, and bright trim.

The 16″ five-spoke alloy wheels are mounted with 225/60 Kumho Solus TA71 tires. Stopping power is provided by power-assisted four-wheel disc brakes and the seller reports that the front dampers were replaced in 2016.

The cabin features heated power-adjustable front sport seats and two rear bucket seats upholstered in Warm Charcoal leather complemented by burl wood trim. Interior amenities include a six-disc CD changer, cruise control, and a digital clock. The cassette stereo does not operate properly.

The four-spoke leather-wrapped steering wheel frames a 160-mph speedometer and a tachometer with a 5,700-rpm redline as well as gauges for coolant temperature, oil pressure, voltage, and fuel level. The six-digit odometer shows 51k miles, approximately 19k of which were added under current ownership. The Carfax report has a mileage inconsistency entry in July 2012, though it is noted as a potential clerical error.

The 4.0-liter inline-six was factory rated at 219 horsepower and 273 lb-ft of torque. The seller reports that the air pump was replaced in April 2022.

Power is sent to the rear wheels through a five-speed manual transmission and a limited-slip differential. The seller notes a fluid leak from the differential pressure relief valve.

A May 2018 Jaguar Heritage Trust Certificate lists factory colors, serial numbers, and delivery information. Score sheets from 2017 and 2019 Concours d’Elegance competitions are also included in the sale.
