Auction description:
Lot 156
1996 Jaguar
Imported from the US, this Jaguar XJS "Celebration" cabriolet is
equipped with numerous options. Liveried in white, the impeccable
interior is in biscuit with magnolia piping. The car has electronically
operated and heated leather seats, tinted electric windows,
electrically operated beige alpaca hood in excellent condition, and
climate control. This is one of the last versions of the gallant XJS,
and it comes with the most up-to-date security measures such as ABS
and air bags. It has a six cylinder 4-litre type AJ16 24 valve engine,
with electronic injection and ignition, producing 235 bhp. The car
is capable of speeds of up to 220 km/h, while remaining reliable and
more economical than its predecessors. The automatic gearbox has
two settings: sport and economy.
The odometer reads 134,000 km and the car is in superb condition.
