Lot #203843
This 1995 Jaguar XJS 2+2 convertible was initially delivered to Jaguar of Troy, Michigan, and is powered by a 4.0-liter inline-six paired with a four-speed automatic transmission. The car is finished in black over Charcoal leather and is equipped with a limited-slip differential, a power-retractable black soft top, 16″ alloy wheels, heated power-adjustable front sport seats, a remote CD changer, a cassette stereo, cruise control, and automatic climate control. Acquired by the selling dealer in 2024, this XJS convertible is offered with a window sticker, manufacturer’s literature, and a clean Connecticut title.
The car is finished in black and features a power-retractable black soft top, a Jaguar leaper hood ornament, dual exhaust outlets, and a telescoping antenna. An August 2002 entry lists an accident involving a stationary pole, while a subsequent entry from March 2010 lists “minor damage” to the right side of the car. The selling dealer notes a dent in the driver’s door and scratches around the body.
The 16″ alloy wheels have blemishes and are mounted with Hankook Kinergy GT tires that have 2022 date codes. Stopping power is provided by power-assisted four-wheel disc brakes. The front shocks were replaced in 2023.
The cabin features heated power-adjustable front sport seats and two rear bucket seats upholstered in Charcoal leather. Interior amenities include a cassette stereo, a remote CD changer, cruise control, and automatic climate control.
The four-spoke leather-wrapped steering wheel frames a 160-mph speedometer, a tachometer, and gauges for coolant temperature, oil pressure, voltage, and fuel level. The six-digit odometer shows 94k miles.
The 4.0-liter inline-six was factory rated at 237 horsepower and 282 lb-ft of torque.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a four-speed automatic transmission and a limited-slip differential.
The window sticker lists initial delivery to Jaguar of Troy, Michigan, as well as factory colors, equipment, and a total suggested retail price of $63,230.
