Beverly Hills CA - Black exterior, Barley interior. Second owner since 1996. Garage kept. My daily driver, loved every day, with only 113,500 miles, that's only 5100 miles per year. Original spare tire, books, tool kit, tourneau cover. Body is very straight with minor wear.
NEW TOP as of April 15th, 2016! Regularly maintained at RR shop, and runs very smooth. March 2016 - New plugs, new E-Ignition and crankshaft sensor, 1 new tire. Recent motors mounts, water pump, TPS, harmonic balancer, belts. Fuel system and tank flushed, new fuel filter and fuel pump. New steering reservoir return line, coolant tank, Bilstein shocks, and more.
Very little TLC needed.
Great project. If you are a passionate Jaguar fan, then you understand that Jaguar ownership is a labor of love.
This beautiful XJS will be a great driver for many years to come, for the right person with a passion for JAGUAR.
Registration and Smog certificate are good until April 2017.
Needs:
Drivers seat leather bolster and bottom need replacement.
A/C charge. I have not used the A/C for 10 years.
Main rear seal.
Faded Hood needs respray, some clear coat ware on drivers door.
GREAT PROJECT. Easyfix to be a daily driver. Great bones for a restoration. MACHANIC SPECIAL.
