Ebay item 11/24/22www.ebay.com/itm/144823924337
Opening bid $20,000, no reserve, no bids 6 days left in auction, seller txg-automotive, 50k miles.
Seller's description:
TXG Automotive is excited to offer you this incredibly well taken care of 1994 Jaguar XJS V12 Convertible. Originally developed using the platform of the then-current XJ saloon, the XJ-S was noted for its prominent rear buttresses. The early styling was partially designed by Jaguar's aerodynamicist Malcolm Sayer, one of the first designs to apply advanced aero principles to automobiles, however Sayer died before the design could be finalized. This example has just 50,195 miles and has been owned by the same local owner for the last 10 years.
This Jaguar is a complete car, with the original owners manuals, convertible boot cover and keys. Originally sold at Beverly Hills Jaguar, this luxury convertible came with all the luxury features one would expect from a Jaguar, like it's quiet and smooth ride to ultra-stylish convertible top!
Ultimately categorized as a luxury grand tourer, the XJ-S was manufactured from 1975 to 1996 and was offered in coupe, fixed-profile, and full convertible body styles. This Jaguar’s convertible top works quietly, fast and operates smoothly, with no wear and tears or fading and is finished in Barley Tan color!
There were three distinct iterations, with a final production total of 115,413 units over the 20+ years. In its final generation produced from 1991 to 1996, after Jaguar was acquired by Ford, vehicles were introduced with numerous modifications and the hyphen in the name was eliminated simply being further referred to as the XJS.
This XJS is painted in Glacier White over Barley Tan Leather seats! The interior on this XJS shows no wear and tear, stains, or scuffs as shown in our detailed pictures! The rims are free from scuffs and the body shows no major dents, dimples or dings, expect to find a few rocks chips, here & there, due to age and you have a nearly flawless example!
When it comes to performance, that is where Jaguar is defined! The motor in this XJS runs smooth and starts without any hesitation. This car has gone through a full 172-point inspection and had been so well taken care of, only oil change was needed.
This XJS would fit right into anyone's collection or make a very nice Sunday cruiser or even a daily driver! With a clean Autocheck this Jag is ready to be part of your next adventure!
