This 1994 Jaguar XJS 2+2 convertible is finished in black over tan leather and is powered by a 6.0-liter V12 mated to a four-speed automatic transmission. Features include a tan soft top, 16″ wheels, heated and power-adjustable front seats, cruise control, air conditioning, and an AM/FM cassette stereo with a trunk-mounted CD changer. The car spent time in Pennsylvania before being acquired by the seller in August 2018 and relocated to California. This XJS convertible shows 57k miles and is now offered with a tan top boot, a Carfax report, and a clean California title in the seller’s name.

The car is finished in black with a tan soft top and exterior details includes headlamps washers, a rear deck-lid spoiler, V12-badging, and dual polished exhaust outlets. The Carfax report shows a July 2007 damage report, though no additional details are provided. The seller states the hood, headlight surrounds, rear spoiler, and driver’s door have been repainted.

Polished 16″ wheels feature gold-color recesses and wear 225/60 Michelin HydroEdge tires with 2008 date codes. The car is equipped with Sachs dampers up front and Bilstein shocks at the rear, and stopping power is provided by four-wheel disc brakes. The wheels are said to have been refinished.

The 2+2 cabin features heated and power-adjustable front seats upholstered in tan leather along with matching door panels, carpets, and woodgrain trim on the doors, dashboard, and center console. Equipment includes cruise control, air conditioning, and an AM/FM cassette stereo with a trunk-mounted CD changer. The seller notes the front seats were refinished and that wool carpets were installed in preparation for the sale.

The airbag steering wheel frames a 160-mph speedometer, a tachometer with a 6k-rpm redline, and gauges for voltage, fuel level, oil pressure, and coolant temperature. The six-digit mechanical odometer shows 57k miles, approximately 1,800 of which have been added during current ownership.

The 6.0-liter V12 was factory rated at 278 horsepower and 334 lb-ft of torque. According to the seller, an oil change was performed in April 2021 and the smog air pump, sensors, and hoses were replaced in preparation for the sale.

Power is sent to the rear wheels through a GM-sourced four-speed automatic transmission. Additional underside photos are presented in the gallery below.

Lot #196794

This 1994 Jaguar XJS 2+2 convertible was first registered in Pennsylvania and later spent time in California before being listed on BaT in March 2022. It was acquired on BaT in August 2023 by the seller, who subsequently replaced the beige soft top, battery, alternator, and drive belts as well as installed a Bluetooth-capable Kenwood head unit along with a Jaguar amplifier and aftermarket speakers. Finished in black over Barley leather, the car is powered by a 6.0-liter V12 linked with a four-speed automatic transmission and a limited-slip differential. Further equipment includes 16″ alloy wheels, fog lights, heated and power-adjustable front sport seats, automatic climate control, and cruise control. This XJS convertible shows 61k miles and is now offered with a Jaguar Daimler Heritage Trust Certificate, an owner’s manual, service records, a car cover, a top boot, the removed factory radio, car show awards, a Carfax report, and a clean California title in the seller’s name.

The car is finished in Black (PDT) and features a power-retractible beige soft top that was replaced in May 2025. Additional details include a Jaguar growler hood emblem, a rear wing, fog lights, window tint film, and dual exhaust outlets. The hood, headlight surrounds, rear wing, and left door were repainted under previous ownership, and the seller notes that the telescoping antenna has been disconnected. A damage report is listed on the Carfax report in July 2000 with no further details provided.

Machine-finished 16″ five-spoke alloy wheels with gold-colored coves are mounted with an older set of Michelin HydroEdge tires. Braking is provided by power-assisted four-wheel discs.

The heated and power-adjustable front sport seats are trimmed in Barley leather (AFW) that extends to the bolstered rear seats. Wood trim accents the dashboard, center console, and door panels, and amenities include driver’s seat position memory, automatic climate control, cruise control, an alarm system, and a Kenwood head unit with Bluetooth connectivity linked to a replacement amplifier and speakers that were retrofitted under current ownership.

The leather-wrapped steering wheel frames a 160-mph speedometer, a tachometer with a 6k-rpm redline, and gauges for coolant temperature, oil pressure, voltage, and fuel level. The six-digit odometer shows 61k miles, approximately 3,400 of which have been added under current ownership.

The 6.0-liter V12 was factory rated at 278 horsepower and 351 lb-ft of torque. The air conditioning compressor, valve cover gaskets, and smog pump and lines were changed under previous ownership, and work under current ownership included replacing the battery, alternator, and drive belts. An oil leak is noted, and the car most recently passed a California emissions test in February 2024.
