This 1990 Jaguar XJ-S V12 convertible was sold new at Ladd-Hanford Jaguar in Lebanon, Pennsylvania, and it remained under the care of its original owner until 2025 and shows 7k miles. Finished in Signal Red over black leather upholstery, the car is powered by a 5.3-liter V12 paired with a three-speed automatic transmission. Features include a limited-slip differential, a black soft top, 15″ wire-spoke alloy wheels, heated power-adjustable seats, a cassette stereo, cruise control, and automatic climate control. The car was acquired by the selling dealer in 2025, and the shocks and brake calipers were subsequently replaced. This XJ-S V12 convertible is offered in New York at no reserve with manufacturer’s literature, tools, and a Pennsylvania title.
The car is finished in Signal Red and features a black soft top, quad headlights, front fog lights, chrome mirror caps, a power antenna, and dual exhaust outlets. Close-up photographs of the exterior finish and trim are shown in the gallery below.
The 15″ wire-spoke alloy wheels are mounted with Milestar Streetsteel tires that have 2024 date codes. Stopping power is provided by four-wheel anti-lock discs. Work completed in preparation for the sale included replacing all six shocks and brake calipers in addition to flushing the brake fluid.
The heated power-adjustable seats are upholstered in black leather, and burl wood veneer accents the dashboard, center console, and door panels. Interior equipment includes a cassette stereo, an onboard computer, a driver-side airbag, cruise control, and automatic climate control.
The four-spoke leather-wrapped steering wheel frames a 160-mph speedometer and a tachometer with a 6,500-rpm redline as well as gauges for coolant temperature, oil pressure, voltage, and fuel level. The six-digit odometer shows 7k miles.
The 5.3-liter V12 was factory rated at 262 horsepower and 290 lb-ft of torque.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a three-speed automatic transmission and a limited-slip differential.
No Carfax report is available for this vehicle as no entries have been generated.
The Pennsylvania title is listed as a duplicate.
