Car returns to ebay 5/5/22

www.ebay.com/itm/203935422453

Opening bid US $9,900 reserve not met 0 bids, 9 days left in auction, seller alwill6335, 67k miles, car now in Sedona, Arizona, previously Mesa, Arizona.

Seller's description:

1990 Jaguar XJS. Beautiful glacier white 1990 XJS Convertible with barley interior. Garaged since I purchased it in 2007. Paint has been protected by professionally applied "Diamond Kote". I have owned the car for 15 years and have done many upgrades - Aluminum racing radiator with twice the cooling capacity of original, stainless steel crossover pipe, all new shocks and brakes, new thermostats and hoses, new radiator fan. I have driven the car about 20,000 miles over the past 15 years. Mechanically in great condition. The only cosmetic issues are worn driver's seat, and convertible top has two small holes that have been sealed - I don't drive it with the top up anyway! New top can be purchased for about $700 - $800 plus installation cost. Clean carfax.

The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
