This 1992 Jaguar XJS convertible has been registered in Florida since August 1995, and it shows 56k miles. It was purchased by the seller from the original owner’s daughter in 2023. Work in preparation for the sale has included replacing the timing chain, alternator, distributor cap, timing chain tensioners and guides, and spark plugs and wires. Finished in Diamond Blue over Isis Blue leather, the car is powered by a 5.3-liter V12 paired with a three-speed automatic transmission. Equipment includes a limited-slip differential, fog lights, a power-retractable blue soft top, 15″ basketweave alloy wheels, power-assisted four-wheel disc brakes, heated power-adjustable sport seats, a cassette stereo, cruise control, and automatic climate control. This XJS convertible is now offered with a soft top boot, a clean Carfax report, and a Florida title.

The car was finished from the factory in Diamond Blue (JFN), and it was repainted in 2015. Features include a power-retractable blue soft top as well as a Jaguar growler hood emblem, dual exhaust outlets, a telescoping antenna, and fog lights with covers.

The 15″ basketweave alloy wheels are mounted with Toyo Eclipse tires which show date codes from 2021. Stopping power is provided by power-assisted four-wheel disc brakes. The brake booster and pads were replaced in September 2021 and the seller notes the tires were mounted in January 2023.

The cabin features heated power-adjustable sport seats upholstered in Isis Blue leather. Interior amenities include seat-position memory for the driver along with a cassette stereo, cruise control, and automatic climate control. The air conditioning system was converted to R134a refrigerant in September 2021, at which time the compressor and dryer were replaced.

The four-spoke leather-wrapped steering wheel frames a 160-mph speedometer and a tachometer with a 6,500-rpm redline as well as gauges for coolant temperature, oil pressure, voltage, and fuel level. The six-digit odometer shows 56k miles, approximately 800 of which were added under current ownership.

The 5.3-liter V12 was factory rated at 263 horsepower and 288 lb-ft of torque. Work in January 2024 included replacing seals and gaskets along with the timing chain, alternator, distributor cap, jackshaft, timing chain tensioners and guides, and spark plugs and wires.

Power is sent to the rear wheels through a three-speed automatic transmission and a limited-slip differential.
