    Vehicle Description

In San Diego up for NO RESERVE auction is a beautiful daily driver. 1984 Jaguar XJS coupe with original low 38K miles.

    It has NO RUST.

Engine is great and smooth, very good oil pressure both at idle and cruising speed.

    Transmission shifts very nicely.

The exterior is almost showroom. It's a very beautiful looking car. The paint looks original. It's still very shiny. I couldn't find any overspray. I couldn't see any ding. Very miminal amount of scratches.

Please look at the photos closely as a picture is worth a thousand words.

Interior is very nice. Front seat had been reupholstered with nice vinyl. Rear seat has one tear. Dash is very nice. The headliner, panels and carpet are good.

Windshield has a 3 inch rock chip crack towards the top. Could replaced with new windshield at $150 additional.

    AC works and is cold.

All the electric windows work fine.

Chrome in the plastic headlight bezel has peelings. Hood shocks are weak.

Tires are fairly good. Wheels are nice.

Got a clean and clear CA title for the auction winner. There's no late fee for CA or other state buyer. Planned non-operation had been filed with DMV.

Will smog for CA buyers at additional $40. If it doesn't pass, you don't own it.

Spam prevention question (must be answered):
The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
