VIN: SAJNV5847EC113401
1984 XJSC Jaguar/Corvette conversion, one of four built by USA JAG in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Of the conversions three were four-door sedans, and this one which is a two-door coupe. Attention to details was extensive from the mechanicals, electronics, interior, exterior to small details which make this car special. This vehicle has gone through a total ground up restoration. The body was taken down to bare metal. All suspension parts, front and rear were replaced and powder coated. All nuts and bolts, except for series 8, replaced with stainless steel. All gaskets and seals replaced as were all suspension bushings. Custom aero package by Konig. A beautiful appearance with an impressive sound describes this unique vehicle.
Engine: remanufactured Chevrolet Corvette L-82 350 tuned-port fuel injected. Balanced with Crower Cam and Lifters installed. Exhaust headers porcelain coated. All electronics and wiring replaced with Chevrolet equipment. Diagnostic probe located under center console on passenger side. Engine has approximately 15,000 miles on it since completion.
Transmission: Chevrolet R7004 automatic.
Rear End: Dana 44 with 354 gears.
Wheels: Simmons 3-piece modular alloy, manufactured in Australia.
Interior: leather skins imported from Ireland and custom made for seats, sides and door panels. All carpet and head liner replaced.
