Stunningly beautiful 1988 Jaguar XJS.V12 in the desirable color of Dorchester grey with matching grey leather interior
This is one of the very rare 2300 conversions carried out by Cincinnati, Ohio’s Hess and Eisenhardt Coach builders at Jaguars request. Apparently Jaguar had originally designed the XJS as a Coupe only thinking that the US were going to outlaw new convertibles . When Jaguar realised its miscalculation it hired the coach builder to satisfy demand until it could start convertibles rolling off the line at Browns Lane which it did in the fall of 1988.
The car is rust free and in excellent condition having only covered 51000 miles
Sold new in California with two previous owners . Paint and interior believed to be original
