Ebay item 7/20/18

Car has a buy it now price of $15,950 for 20 days, seller european-cars, 21k miles.

Sellers description:
You are looking at an exceptionally well kept, great looking classic Jaguar XJS V12 luxury convertible automobile, one of the finest series that Jaguar makes.

The vehicle has been made and assembled entirely in England! It's been very well kept and serviced; in fact it runs almost like a new car. It's a great looking exterior in burgundy color which combined with tan leather interior adds a lot of luxury appeal to it.

There are no reported manufacturer's defects on this vehicle. A never-smoked-in before beauty that looks great and smells clean.

The engine is an exceptional V12 - runs strong and smooth provides the power you have come to expect from a Jaguar. The transmission has the Jaguar mark on it as well and shifts like on a new car, no skips or slips on shifts. The car runs great! The engine compartment is clean, and free of any leaks. All the electrical options appear to be in working order.

As you can judge for yourself from the pictures - the interior is clean while the seats show almost no wear! Extensive Leather and wood trim adds a true luxury touch.

This Jaguar is equipped with a climate control system and the AC blows ice-cold. Heated seats are rare on a car of that year and are definitely a nice addition.

The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
