Condition: Excellent
Exterior: Bright Signal Red

Motorcar Studio is pleased to offer this 1989 Jaguar XJS V12 Convertible. Finished in bright signal red with a black convertible top over warm charcoal hides, this is a collector-grade example with only 26,000 original miles. Original paint in excellent condition with very nice trim, glass, rubbers and top. Clean CarFax with no accidents and no known rust. Only deviation from stock is a set of genuine Momo five-spoke wheels that were likely installed in period.
Beautifully preserved interior with carpets, door panels, dash, steering wheel, seat upholstery and wood all in excellent original condition. Jaguar-branded AM/FM cassette stereo with books and code (plus the Jaguar ''Total Driving Experience'' tape in its original presentation box).
Long part of a collection and driven sparingly, the current enthusiast owner has spent nearly $10,000 to bring all of the maintenance up-to-date. Recent service includes new top hydraulic cylinders, complete brake job (including front rotors and pads, and rear rotors, calipers and pads, plus new hoses), full tune up and fluid change, new transmission mount and a new heater control valve.
This XJS runs and drives as well as it looks - it's quiet, smooth and comfortable and represents an appealing and exotic V12-powered alternative to other European convertibles from the same era. For more information about this 1989 Jaguar XJS Convertible for sale at Motorcar Studio in Atlanta, please call 404-692-5250.

Seller's description:
Our Atlanta Showroom is proud to offer a very classy 1989 Jaguar XJS V12 Convertible. If you love to cruise around in style while having the confidence of a powerful V12 engine and British engineering, then this drop top Jag is definitely for you. As you sit on the supportive, soft, leather driver seat, you are instantly welcomed by custom piping and beautiful woodgrain everywhere. The brilliant red exterior is absolutely gorgeous and blends flawlessly with the black automatic convertible top. The black leather interior is in great condition and the leather is still as soft to the touch as the day it was new. The interior is filled with power options including heated seats, power windows, power top, and power locks. Take a peek under the reverse opening hood and you will find where Jaguar stuffed a massive 5.3L SOHC V12 mated to a super strong and amazingly smooth shifting automatic transmission. With roughly 27,000 miles you can be sure that this Jaguar still has lots of life ahead of it and is ready to become someone's new daily driver for many years to come.

Car has a buy it now price of $16,750 for 6 days seller karlenmaya, car now said to be in Jasper, Georgia, 27k miles.
Seller's description:
A pristine essentially second owner 1989 Jaguar XJS 12 convertible with just 27,500 miles. The car came out of a long term collection belonging to the T. W McDonald collection. After it was purchased I had it sent to a highly qualified Jag shop in Atlanta and had everything that need doing to be done, no expense spared. Bills for approximately $12,000 will go with the car along with all original manuals and the radio card. Everything works except for the A/C which I have opted not to convert or refill as I only use it during Spring and Fall. It is totally rust free. Paint is perfect for the age and the upholstery very close to original. No rips, cracks or tears. Engine bay is clean as a whistle and so is the under chassis.
