73,000 MILES, ON EBAY 04/07, SELLER WRITES:
Vehicle Description

This is a 1988 Jaguar XJS. I bought it in 2005 and have only put around 3000 miles on it. It is a great car and drives like a charm. The vehicle is all original exept the gas tank which was replaced long before I bought it. I have really enjoyed this vehicle but have to sell because I am relocating overseas. I am not the orginal owner and I believe it has been owned by three other people before me. This vehicle has been garage kept and is in very good condition. The interior is in good condition and the seats have no cracks. Just a little discoloration in the leather on the drivers seat. This can be fixed with a little leather dye. The wood grain has cracks, this is typical for these cars especially this old.

The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
