Car was originally a southern california (LA area) car with no rust and perfect paint. I aquired the car with 48000 miles as part of a lot over two years ago and have enjoyed it emmensely. Whomever gets this one will truly be impressed with the condition and quality the car projects. With so few left on the road, I always turn head and get compliments whenever I drive it.

Minor exhaust modifications made with original Jaguar euro pipes make this cat growl under power but preserve the whisper quite idle. Bushings upgraded to polyeurathane (black) to improve longevity and enhance ride/handling without sacrificing the original ride quality. Overall feel is like a more modern Jaguar with the charm and forgiving suspension that made the originals so wonderful when new. Car also has custom English Moto-Lita steering wheel with custom horn button that make the interior something special. These are the only non stock modifications. Interior gray leather is soft and supple due to regular conditioning. Headliner tight. No squeeks, rattles or thumps. All service done to keep this car in the pristine condition it is in; using nothing but correct and original Jaguar parts. All typical repairs for this milage car completed recently with reciepts available including new engine mounts, brake booster resevoir sphere, turned brake rotors,bearing and pads, all new belts, new hoses and water pump, all new front and rear suspension bushings and steering rack support bushings. I have all reciepts for this and other maintenance/repairs while I've had it and can state that all the typical issues for this model have been correctly and properly addressed.

Tires are matching OEM style Pirelli P600's and are like new and car runs purrrrr-fectly at any speed.

All factory options including the a/c, Power moon roof, cruise control, and all power accessories work like new. Car has upgraded Alpine radio with amplifier (very professionally installed) which is period correct and sounds great. Interor wood is almost perfect with little or no fading. This is a one year only no airbag car with automatic seat belt retractors that work perfectly upon insertion of key. Car comes with full set of two master and two valet keysand all books. Even have the original "welcome to the world of Jaguar Cassette Tape" . Car is one of my drivers and all I can say is it like driving a new car - I never knew a sport GT could ride so smooth!!!!

Pampered 1989 Jaguar XJS V12 Coupe, 

This was my daily driver.  Many, many, many new parts before minor engine fire knocked it out of service. Was about to take it in for all new injectors and hoses when one of them let go resulting in a fire confined the well between the cylinder heads.

All new Khumo tires, NOS rear tail lights, Rear window seal, interior trim. All trim is complete and in excellent condition. All service receipts available since I acquired it 10 years ago. 

Car will require all new engine harness in addition to above. Hood and front driver fender will require paint and body, In addition, there are a few minor typical spots of rust in the passenger dog leg, left rear quarter panel leading edge of wheel well and left rear base of the "sail" by the trunk. Pictures pretty much say it all. 

Selling it in hopes someone with the expertise can repair it or use it as an excellent basis for a V8 conversion or you can buy it and part it out... I just don't have the time or space. Parts worth well more than asking. My loss your gain.
