On eBay USA July 18, 2014. Sold for USD $ 2,055 with unknown mileage.
1988 Jaguar XJ-SC Cabriolet HE V-12 T-TOP No Reserve Extremly Rare. Has A small ding in front pictured, and wood is peeling in the center console. Hello Everybody and thank you for loooking at the car. This is a chance of the lifetime to own maybe your dream car or a flip car. Not the style I prefer and I don't need it any more. I have a Jag here that is an XJ-SC Cabriolet that has a T-top so you can ride with one side exposed and the closed not to ruin the ladys hair. Also in the trunk I found the original Jaguar T-top bag to place them when not in use. I can't really find much info on the car other then its rare. I don't have any more for the car so I will let you people decide the value since I don't have much expertise in european cars. The Owner once told me there was only like 300 made in the world. He was a very wealthy guy but have no idea if its true or not. It will start but I suggest you don't drive the car home. Just get it towed, it had not moved for a year until 3 weeks ago. I drove it 30 miles with no problems and no lights went on, but I did need to put air in the tires and they no longer hold so you will most likely need new ones. I have easily $ 8,000 worth or receipts, the guy really loved his car. Was originally purchased at Marina Jaguar in the SF bay area for over $ 50,000. I have the original booklet with paint chip fix and Jaguar paint pen. Car will not pass smog and I am not investing any money for a car I don't want to keep. The guy said it was a hose that has a leak that turns on the fast idle. USA VIN is SAJNA3842JC146204 .
