96000 MILES, ON EBAY 10/07 SELLER WRITES: This is a 1980 XJS. It originally had a V12 engine. The previous owner restored the car and installed a Nissan Turbo motor (inline 6, single turbo) with approximately 20k miles which was upgraded to produce 304 HP to the wheels of the car. 5 speed manual gearbox was installed. This engine was famous for powering Japanese race and production cars in the late 80s and early 90s. The suspension was completely redone, new urethane bushings all around, new bearings, new seals, new steering rack, rebuilt differential, new brakelines, new shock absorbers, new rubber moldings, rebuilt brake calipers, new brake rotors, new chrome pieces... TRW body kit installed, some bodywork done, and the car was sprayed into a Mercedes-Benz Sunburst yellow. The paint is polished to a show level. The whole interior was redone - leather seats, leather dash, door panels, carpet, headliner... Windows were slightly tinted and new sound system installed. Everything in the car works perfectly. It has a killer sound system. Over $30k invested not including time and labor.

Too Bad, this one had a very nice V-12 before it was butcherd, and it's been converted to a rice burning LUMP rather than the typical SBC conversion. You should have found one intact, personally I'd burn this one and swear it was an engine fire - Just get rid of it...
