- Final edition of Jaguar’s classic XJS coupe
- Rare Australian delivered 6.0 model with updated styling
- Exceptional two owner, low mileage example
Built in late 1993, this exceptional Jaguar XJS is a late 6.0 series car delivered through Auto Dealers Pty Ltd of Artarmon, NSW to the first owner, who resided on Sydney’s Lower North Shore - remarkably close to Shannons’ Sydney showroom. Our vendor, a former Brysons Industries employee and Jaguar specialist, bought the XJS from the first owner approximately 22 years ago and has maintained the car in superb condition ever since. Showing just 63,039 kilometres on the clock at the time of cataloguing, the Jaguar has clearly been driven sparingly and the overall condition is entirely consistent with the low mileage – the oatmeal leather upholstery, door trims, carpets and and headliner have escaped the usual scuff marks and wear and tear, while the dash, timber facia and centre console show the car has obviously never been left out in the sun. The Jaguar’s burgundy duco is similarly unmarked and the factory alloys are all in excellent condition. Recent work has seen the front shock absorbers replaced, ensuring the cars runs and drives just as it should. With XJS values on the rise, this fabulous last of the line 6.0 would be an wonderful addition to any collection; currently registered in NSW until August 2021, the Jaguar comes with the wallet containing the full books, a tool kit and spare set of keys.
