Purchased new in 1988 at a charity car auction for £40,000 by the enthusiast collector as an engagement gift for his now long suffering wife, the XJS has been much enjoyed whilst in their ownership. The XJS has been well maintained by Jaguar Specialist Gerald Watts of Cobham during this time and has recently passed its MOT test having been garaged since mid 2018. The TWR Cosmetic bodykit was fitted in 1998 to update the styling, and the car still presents very well, retaining its original colour and interior trim. Running and driving very well, with the power hood operating correctly this XJS is an ideal grand tourer for motoring tours. Offered with aforementioned history file, MOT until August 2020 and V5C registration document.
