F221 RYH comes with an MOT to 5th November 2019 and had no advisory notes when last tested. It had a new set of discs and pads for that test and a set of tyres for the test in 2017. The car has only done 199 miles since the last and 1,771 since it had the tyres, so you should be right for quite a while.
The file has 16 old MOTs and lots more invoices going back to 1991 and the service book shows 5 stamps.
In fact, the current owner spent over £5,000 putting the car in order during the six years of his ownership and you must admit it does look good (invoices on file). There is room for a little improvement – the upholstery would benefit from the application of some hide food for example and the handbrake is a bit sticky through lack of use - but nothing major as far as we know.
As V12 supercars go the XJ-S is probably the simplest to maintain, has a great reputation for reliability and even Halfords can supply the spares!
