I have for sale a 1986 Jaguar XJS-C targa top convertible for sale.

It has been dry stored in a garage for the past 8 years and it is solid underneath.

It has covered only 70k miles and has a full service history which consist mainly of Main dealership stamps. It has a huge booklet full of receipts and previous MOT's and you can tell from the history it has been extremely well cared for.

I have had a service done on the vehicle before using it consisting of fresh oil, oil filter, air filters, and coolant flushed and replaced.

For its mot it failed on a brake light bulb and shock absorber bushes had worn out. It has just had two brand new shock absorbers fit.

The starter motor was a bit slow so I had it taken off and fully refurbished.

Mechanically it drives beautifully - a proper grand tourer, the V12 engine is smooth and runs without fault, no over heating, no misfires and no unwanted noises and pulls as it should.

Automatic gearbox is trouble free, smooth quick changes from cold or hot, no jerking, no weird noises it's as good as the day it would of come out of the factory.

Bodywork wise... the paint is a bit dull in places and would benefit from a machine polish, there are also a couple of little dents around the vehicle. The chrome bumpers and windscreen trim is in excellent condition. There is only one blemish on the front bumper as you will see on the photos.

The leather interior is in great condition.
