Ebay item 6/2/21
www.ebay.com/itm/255001442190
Opening bid US $1,750, no bids no reserve, 6 days left in auction seller shaloman, 90k miles.

Seller's description:
1976 Jaguar XJS with rebuilt Chevrolet 350 engine with mild cam.
PB, PS, AC (discharged)
Undamaged body, except for hood and clear coat peel. nicely running car with around 30k miles on engine and 92,+++ miles on chassis. Interior is black and in really decent shape, except headliner is fallen down.
Master cylinder is dry, so no brakes. Brakes need to be repaired on site or car will need to be trailered.
Hood latch down is marginal and switch to turn on cooling fan is out. Bypass wired to be manually operated.
Conversion completed using professional conversion kit.
Not a major task to bring it back to being a really decent and classy car.
Car spent its early life in California; I bought it in San Diego some years back. I drove it a while, then other projects have taken over and so it needs to go...

Spam prevention question (must be answered):
The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
