Resided in a private collection in Spain between 2008 and 2021

Offered for sale with the original stamped service book

Manufactured in 1989, the XJR-S offered was supplied new through Follett Jaguar Ltd., Fulham Road, London, SW3, being delivered to the first keeper on the 18th of January that year. Finished in Solent Blue Metallic, along with a complementary Magnolia leather interior upholstery, the Jaguar has seven former keepers, with the previous owner exporting the XJR-S in 2006 to reside in his small private collection in Spain, and remaining there for fifteen years. Repatriated in April 2021 by the current owner, the Jaguar was subject to some recommissioning works following the long-term storage.

Showing a recorded mileage of 99,099 miles, previous MOT records show that the speedometer appears to have failed a couple of years before being exported to Spain for long-term storage. Offered for sale with the original handbook and stamped service book (displaying eight entries, five from Jaguar main dealers), which are presented in the XJR-S leather book pack wallet. ‘F547 UVX’ is also accompanied by a selection of previous MOTs, a current MOT until August 2023 and current V5C document. The vendor informs that the windscreen wipers are intermittent, a new wiper motor has already been fitted and has not rectified the fault.
